Salsa in a Snap Mix

¼ cup ULTRA GEL
½ Tbsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Chili powder
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 ½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar


Combine all ingredients in small plastic bag. Seal, label, date, and store in tightly covered container. For best results, use within 3 months. Yield: 1 packet.

For Salsa: Combine one quart tomatoes, one grated onion, and 1 7-oz. Can chopped green chiles. Add ½ cup vinegar and 1 packet salsa mix. Stir to blend. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
