Taco Mix

1 Tbsp. Chili powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Dehydrated minced onion
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp. Thick Gel or Corn Starch
¼-½ tsp. Red Pepper

Combine all ingredients in small plastic bag. Seal, label, date, and store in tightly covered container. For best results, use within 3 months. Yield: 1 packet.

For Taco Meat: Brown 1 lb. Ground Beef in large frying pan. Add one packet Taco Seasoning Mix and ¾ cup water. Simmer ten minutes. Great for tacos, nachos, or other Mexican dishes.
