Spaghetti Sauce Mix

1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Dehydrated Minced Onion
½ tsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Thick Gel or Cornstarch
½ Tbsp. Parsley
¼ tsp. Pepper

Combine all ingredients in small plastic bag. Seal, label, date, and store in tightly covered container. For best results, use within 3 months. Yield: 1 packet.

For Spaghetti Sauce: Brown 1 lb. Ground beef in medium saucepan. Add one packet Spaghetti Sauce Mix, 2 quarts bottled or canned tomatoes, chopped and one 6-oz. Can tomato paste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta or use as a dip for breadsticks or a sauce for Pizza.
