5-6 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking powder
½ cup butter shortening
2 cups warm water

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in shortening. Add water. Knead with hands. (If dough is too sticky, add flour. If too dry, add water). Let sit in the bowl for 15-20 minutes Preheat griddle to medium heat. Flatten small balls of dough to thin tortilla shapes. Brown on both sides.
