Laura's Caramel Brownies

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
25 caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter, melted

Mix cake mix, butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Press half into greased 9X13 pan. Bake @350° for 10 minutes. Meanwhile melt caramels with rest of milk until smotth. Drizzle caramel over baked dough and place remaining dough on top in small sections. Bake @350° for 15-20 minutes. Cool and cut.
