Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

This is always a big hit!


Salsa:

2 1-lb. packages of strawberries
6 kiwis
2 Mangos
2-4  Large Fuiji Apples
2 Peaches (optional)
3 TBSP Strawberry Jam
1 TBSP Raspberry Jam
4 TBSP Granulated Sugar
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
Juice from 3-4 limes (Depending on size)

Chop fruit up into small bits.  Mix together with sugar, jams, and lime juice. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Serve with Cinnamon Tortilla chips (to make them, spread butter on tortillas and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and then broil in the oven.  OR you can purchase the Cinnamon Chips at Taco Time--WAY easier!)
