Sweet Potato Casserole



3 cups cooked mashed Sweet Potatoes (about 2-3 sweet potatoes)
¾ to 1 cup sugar
¼ cup butter – melted
2 eggs – beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Combine, mix and pour into baking dish.

½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
2 ½ TBS butter – melted
½ cup chopped pecans

Mix and Sprinkle mixture on top of Potato mixture. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
