Raspberry Truffle Brownies

1 recipe “brownies”
2 ½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa
6 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Seedless raspberry jam
1-3 Tbsp. Milk
4 oz. White chocolate baking squares, melted

Make and bake brownies as directed. In mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter and raspberry jam. Beat on medium speed, adding milk slowly until creamy. Spread on top of brownies. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let stand 1 hour.
