Lasagna noodles
1 lb Ground beef
1 container ricotta or cottage cheese
Pasta Sauce
Mozzerella Cheese
Italian Seasoning
1 small onion--chopped

Cook the noodles. While noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef and add Italian seasoning and onion. Mix meat with cottage or ricotta cheese. Layer noodles, beef mixture, sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Cook at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
