Janet Bischoff's Hot Fudge

1 can evaporated milk
½ cup flour
¼ tsp. Salt
2 cups sugar
½ cup butter
6 Tbsp. Cocoa

Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk and unmelted butter. Boil until thick like pudding, stirring constantly (5-8 minutes). Put in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
