Chimi Churi

Olive oil
Crushed Red Chile Peppers
Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder (2X as much as Garlic Powder)
Oregeno
Lemon Juice

Mix ingredients and let sit all afternoon if possible. Salt both sides of meat first. Put on Grill and baste every time you flip the meat. (Cook the meat on low heat)
