Ranch Dressing Mix

½ tsp. Onion powder
½ tsp. Garlic powder
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1 ½ Tbsp. ULTRA GEL
1 Tbsp. Dry parsley, crushed

Combine all ingredients in small plastic bag. Seal, label, date and store in tightly covered container. For best results, use within 3 months. Yield: 1 packet.

For Ranch Dressing: measure ½ cup mayonnaise into a bowl. Gradually add 1 ½ cups buttermilk. Add ranch dressing mix and mix until smooth and creamy. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken. Refrigerate to thicken and blend flavors. Yield: 2 cups.

For Ranch Dip: Combine ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, and 1 cup buttermilk with Ranch dressing mix. Add ½ tsp ULTRA GEL if desired.
