Fruit Glaze Mix

1 cup sugar
1 packet flavored drink mix (Kool-Aid)
½ cup Ultra Gel

Combine all ingredients in small plastic bag. Seal, label, date, and store in tightly covered container. For best results, use within 3 months. Yield: 1 packet.

Fruit Glaze: Add one packet Fruit Glaze Mix to 2 cups water, stirring constantly with a wire wisk. Glaze will reach maximum thickness in 5 minutes.
